Shipping policy

Parceling up pottery has to be done with care so you may find your order takes a little time to process. I endevour to ship within 5-10 business days but will let you know if it will take longer than this. The level of packaging needed to safely deliver pottery is also reflected in the shipping costs. I use Royal Mail tracked 48 and will let you know when your parcel is on it's way.
